It would not be possible without your help. Thank you for your prayers and donations.
Vermase Foundations is a Charitable Foundation founded in 1982 in Haiti at Eglise de Dieu de la rue du Centre, Port-au-Prince. All we wanted was to help the elderly to find a place to live. Some of you know, sometimes, most of them, did not have a place to take care of them in their senior years. With God helps, we worked hard to fulfill this vision. We grew and expended our reach in other countries ( USA, Dominican Republic and Canada). In 2005, we became a non-profit organization in the United States.
Vermase is a Christian, international, non-profit relief organization with headquarters in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, that delivers food, medicine, clothing and other necessities to individuals, and families who lack these essentials due to famine, poverty, or natural disaster. We pledge to give a helping hand to elders and anyone in needs, starting in Haiti. Regardless of one’s denomination, our belief is that every life has equal value is at the core of our work at the foundation.
During our 37-year history, Vermase has grown into one of Haiti’s largest private organizations dedicated to helping hungry and hurting people. Last year, Vermase shipped hundred of pounds of food and other essentials to families in Haiti, supplementing hundreds of meals a day.
Vermase's goal to undertake a massive humanitarian effort to care for sick Christian men and woman in a country where health care almost non-existent. These individuals were organizers and warriors in their communities and the Church, but today their bodies are taking a toll on them. They are strong in spirit and remain day to day in prayer in a country where regular check-ups and screening are not available for the sick and terminally ill.
We encourage you to contribute to the spiritual, social, moral development and the healthy maintaining of the destitute widows and widowers in the Haitian evangelical community.
Whether you help through monetary donations, volunteering your time, or spreading our mission through word-of-mouth, thank you. We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you.
